From a decorated Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army to conceptualizing and starting his entrepreunership journey with Bluepatrol Enterprises, in the corporate world, his career is a story of adaptability, leadership, and relentless pursuit of excellence. His journey began with 21 years of dedicated service in the Indian Army, where he honed his skills in strategic defense systems management, technology evaluation, and operational planning. As a leader of men and missions, he commanded troops, managed assets worth $500 million, and ensured the operational readiness of both personnel and equipment in challenging terrains, including the icy reaches of Siachen.

Transitioning to the corporate world, he has leveraged his military precision and strategic acumen to excel in diverse roles. As the CXO of Binford Research Labs Pvt Ltd, a defense manufacturing startup, he bridge the gap between military needs and cutting-edge technology, ensuring that the products align with the nuanced requirements of defense operations. In parallel,he spearhead business development, establishing the company as a trusted partner in the defense ecosystem.

Previously, as Regional Head for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at Trident Tech Labs Pvt Ltd, he led sales and business development initiatives in Aerospace, Defense, and Academia. Building sales funnels, setting targets, and driving P&L growth, he collaborated with DRDO scientists, professors, and government officials to deliver impactful solutions.

At Tri-wall Pak Pvt Ltd, he headed the Strategic Business Unit for Pune and Central India, overseeing marketing, production, and logistics. Utilizing lean management principles, he streamlined operations, fostered long-term partnerships, and ensured seamless supply chain functionality.

As a consultant for Guidepoint Global and Knowledge Ridge India, he provided strategic insights on the Indian defense and aerospace landscape, guiding investment decisions and demystifying defense procurement procedures.

He has also contributed to the security and administration of high-profile events like the T-20 World Cup, IPL, and ISL, coordinating with civil and police authorities to ensure flawless execution.

Beyond leadership and strategy, he brings a deep understanding of technical evaluation. His tenure as Joint Director at ITR Chandipur and SSQAG, DRDO, saw him manage missile system trials, defect analysis, and operationalization. He conceptualized and raised the User Interface Cell, fostering seamless collaboration between stakeholders, including the PMO and NSCS.

Educationally, he combines technical expertise with strategic insight, holding an MBA, M.Sc (Tech), and certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, AI, and Marketing Strategy. His commitment to continuous learning has empowered him to adapt to emerging challenges and drive impactful change in every role.
